Thank you for making an appointment. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a reservation.
Payment
The full cost of the treatment or training must be paid when booking the appointment. Payment is a condition for the finalization of the booking.
Transfer
The appointment must be at least 72 hours before the treatment or training; once you have paid for it, you can transfer it to another free appointment at any time. Please indicate your intention to transfer in writing to me.
Transfer within 72 hours
The appointment cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the treatment or training. Exceptions are made if you are unable to attend due to illness, and you provide medical documentation to support this. In such cases, we are happy to reschedule the appointment for another day.
Cancellation and refund
The reservation cannot be cancelled and the paid fee cannot be refunded. However, the date can be transferred according to the above conditions.
Failure to appear
If you do not show up at the booked time and have not notified us in advance, the fee will not be refunded.
Health condition
Access Bars® and the Five Continents Massage are relaxation and wellness-promoting services. They do not replace medical or psychological treatment and do not diagnose illness. Every person is unique, so everyone experiences treatment differently. If you have a health problem or are unsure whether the treatment is right for you, please consult your doctor and me before booking.
